Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture

Traditional Chinese Medicine, delivered with a modern, evidence-informed mindset.

At Zen, Chinese medicine sits alongside remedial massage as a full clinical practice — not an afterthought. Consultations combine traditional diagnosis with contemporary understanding of pain science, sleep and recovery.

Dr. Leo

Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Practitioner

Dr. Leo leads our Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture practice at Zen. Consultations combine a traditional TCM diagnosis (pulse, tongue and detailed history) with acupuncture, cupping and — where indicated — an individually formulated Chinese herbal prescription dispensed from our clinic.

Sessions are calm, unhurried and always tailored to your presentation on the day. Full practitioner registration details will be added to this profile shortly — please contact the clinic if you'd like these ahead of your first appointment.

Acupuncture

Sterile, single-use, hair-fine needles at specific acupoints. Most sessions leave you feeling deeply calm.

Chinese Herbal Medicine

Individually formulated granule and raw herbal prescriptions, dispensed on-site after a full TCM consultation.

Cupping & Dry Needling

Add-on techniques often used alongside acupuncture or remedial massage for stubborn tension.
